Day 1 Fri. Dec 27  ACROSS THE ATLANTIC. We begin our exciting journey as we depart on board
our overnight transatlantic flight to the Holy Land.  (Departure City – NW Ark - XNA)

Day 2 Sat. Dec. 28: ARRIVE IN THE HOLY LAND. Arrive in Tel Aviv mid afternoon. Spend the night
in Nethanya, Israel at our hotel located on the Mediterranean Sea. Our inspiring visit of the Lands of
the Bible begins. (B, D)

Day 3 Sun. Dec. 29: TEL AVIV - CAESAREA - HAIFA - TIBERIAS. We drive north this morning to
Caesarea to view the ruins of the Crusader's fortress and moat and sit in the great Roman
amphitheatre. Continuing along the coast, we see the aqueduct that carried water from Mt. Carmel
to Caesarea. Then, on to Megiddo, located on the Plain of Esdraelon. We visit the museum and
ruins of the city and Solomon's Stables. Continue to Haifa, where we ascend Mt. Carmel for a
magnificent view of the sea and harbor. We see the Carmelite Monastery and Elijah's Cave, as well
as the Bahai Temple with its lovely Persian Gardens. Proceed to Tiberias for the night. Dinner and
overnight at our hotel on the shore of the beautiful Sea of Galilee. (B, D)

Day 4 Mon. Dec 30: TIBERIAS.  This morning, we cross the Sea of Galilee by boat to Capernaum -
the center of Jesus' Ministry in the Galilee. The captain stops the boat in the middle of Sea of
Galilee where we sing praise songs together and enjoy an inspiring message from the tour Pastor.
Enjoy a wonderful lunch. Mmmm . . . Saint Peter’s fish! (Not included in price.) We walk among the
ruins of the Second Century Synagogue. Continue to Tabgha, site of the Miracle of the Loaves and
Fishes. Then, on to the Mount of Beatitudes where Jesus preached the famous Sermon on the
Mount and chose the Twelve Apostles. We drive north via Hazur and view Mt. Hermon. Return to
Tiberias for the night. Dinner and overnight at our hotel. (B, D)

Day 5 Tue.  Dec 31: TIBERIAS - NAZARETH - JERUSALEM. We have the opportunity to be
baptized in the Jordan River at Yardenit near the actual spot that Jesus was baptized. Drive via
Cana of Galilee to Nazareth to see the Church of Annunciation, Carpenter's Shop, Mary's Spring,
Bazaars, and an Ancient Synagogue. View Mt. Tabor, then to Jerusalem for the night. Dinner and
overnight at our hotel. (B, D)

Day 6 Wed.  Jan 1: JERUSALEM. This morning, we drive to Bethany to visit Lazarus' Tomb and the
village of Mary and Martha. Then on to Biblical Jericho, believed to be the oldest city in the world.
View Elisha's Spring and the Mount of Temptations. Continue to the Dead Sea, 1,288 feet below
sea level, site of ancient Sodom and Gomorrah. (Swim in the Dead Sea.) We then stop at the Caves
of Qumran where the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered and visit the excavations. On the east side
of the Dead Sea are the Moab Mountains and Mt. Nebo where Moses viewed the Promised Land.
Continue to the citadel stronghold of Masada. Ascend by cable car to the fortress where 967 Zealots
made their last stand against Rome in 73 A.D. Dinner and overnight at our hotel. (B, D)

Day 7 Thu.  Jan. 2: JERUSALEM.  This morning, we drive to the top of the Mount of Olives for a
panoramic view of Jerusalem. Visit the Chapel of the Ascension and the Church of Pater Noster.
Descend Mt. Olivet to the Garden of Gethsemane and walk along the ancient olive trees, viewing
the Kidron Valley. (Praise & Worship time in the Garden.) Visit the Church of All Nations on the Rock
of Agony. Ascend Mount Zion to see the Upper Room, traditional site of the Last Supper. Drive to
Bethlehem. Stop at Rachel's Tomb. Visit the Church of the Nativity. See the Manger where Jesus
was born and Shepherd's field. Time to shop before returning to Jerusalem. Dinner and overnight at
our hotel. (B, D)

Day 8 Fri.  Jan. 3: JERUSALEM. This morning, we proceed on a walking tour of the Old City of
Jerusalem. Enter St. Stephen's Gate. Visit St. Anne's Church and the Pool of Bethesda where Jesus
healed the crippled man. Continue to the Temple Area to see the Wailing Wall. Exit via the Dung
Gate to St. Peter's in Gallicantu. View the Valley of Gehenna and the Pool of Siloam. This afternoon,
we enter Herod's Gate to the Roman Praetorium, beneath the Sisters of Zion Convent, and the Ecce
Homo Arch. Follow in the footsteps of  Jesus as you walk the Via Dolorosa, the traditional way of the
Cross to the Church of the Holy Sepulcher. Leave the Old City through the Damascus Gate. End
our inspiring visit at the Garden Tomb, believed by many to be Golgotha. Celebrate the Lord’s
Supper and worship the Risen Lord within a few feet of the Garden Tomb! Dinner and overnight at
our hotel. (B, D)

Day 9  Sat.  Jan 4: JERUSALEM. Enjoy a day at leisure in Jerusalem. (Shopping in the Old City)
Farewell dinner. (B, D)

Day 10  Sun.  Jan. 5: JERUSALEM / U.S.A.  Our exciting visit of the Holy Land is over as we board
our return flight to the United States, arriving the same day.
